FRIDAY

  • Gates open at 9am (Catch breakfast in Mason if y’all get there too early!)

  • 10:30 Trails open with Freewheeling allowed with the Buddy system 

  • 12:00 Guided Trail runs start. See specific information posted at registration area

  • 5:00 Trails close - Head back to the barn! NO NIGHT RIDES

SATURDAY

  • Day Break: Get up & Get Going…Big day ahead!

  • 8:00 Trails open with Freewheeling allowed with the Buddy system

  • 8:30 Stage for morning trail runs

  • 9:00 Guided trail runs start

  • 10:00 King of the Hill climb competition brought to you by 2 Fats Guys Off Road. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!

  • 11:30-1:00 Lunch break re-gather

  • 1:00 Stage for afternoon trail runs

  • 1:30 Guided trail runs start

  • 5:00 Trails close - Head back to the Corral! NO NIGHT RIDES

  • 6:00 BroncBuster Saturday Night Gala Dinner

  • 7:30 Extreme Build presentation

  • 8:00 Raffle 

  • 8:30 Live entertainment 

SUNDAY

  • Day Break: Get up & Get Going…

  • 7:30 Stage for morning trail run

  • 7:45 Ladies Run Pre-Meeting at Pavilion

  • 8:00 Trails open with Freewheeling allowed with the Buddy system

  • 8:00 Final guided trail runs start

  • 8:00 Ladies Run Starts

  • 11:00 Trails close for WFAC…sadly, we all need to pack up and head out!

  • 12:00 Gates close…everybody has to be out of the Corral!
